The organization provides services in the south suburbs of Cook County. Our overarching goals are to:
1) Promote chronic disease prevention and healthy lifestyles through programs that provide access to education, information, prevention, early intervention, treatment, and support (to learn more, click link below)
2) Provide HIV/AIDS awareness/prevention programs
3) Provide access to programs that assist with maintaining economic self-sufficiency to prevent, reduce, or eliminate dependency; and
4) Provide programs that build assets and strengthen an individual’s ability to reduce risky behaviors and improve life outcomes.
