Since 2005, PCS has provided services in Cook County. Our overarching goals are to promote chronic disease prevention and healthy lifestyles through programs that provide access to education, information, prevention, early intervention, treatment, and support; provide HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention programs; provide access to programs that assist with maintain economic self-sufficiency to prevent, reduce, or eliminate dependency; and provide programs such as job readiness, that builds assets and strengthen an individual's ability to reduce risky behaviors and improve life outcomes.
