Our program provides tailored job-readiness training to low- and moderate-income and underserved job seekers, equipping them with in-demand skills, career coaching, and placement support to access meaningful, living-wage employment. By creating stable and scalable career pathways, we promote economic mobility, reduce workforce disparities, and strengthen long-term outcomes for individuals and their families.
Financial Empowerment program helps low- and moderate-income households build lasting financial stability through accessible, skill
based education.
In partnership with financial institutions, housing counselors, academic organizations, faith-based groups, workforce development centers, community nonprofits, and other organizations dedicated to individual and community economic well-being, we offer workshops and webinars on budgeting, credit building, debt management, and homeownership. We are also developing a community-focused financial literacy podcast to expand access to trusted guidance on managing money and planning for the future.
These efforts promote financial inclusion, support responsible decision-making, and strengthen long-term household and community resilience.
Provide a framework for developing fundamental, portable, and advance skill competencies combined with education and training, including academic degrees and skill certifications in alignment with employer skill requirements needed for high demand successful careers in various industries.
Engage employers as high-impact strategic partners to tap into their expertise and feedback on program attributes. Connect prospective employment candidates to possible employment opportunities while addressing employer specific needs along with seeking to provide employers with a workforce that creates value through.
Offer internships, apprenticeships, and employment support to enable participants to overcome obstacles to employment and to acquire competitive job market success for targeted occupations.
Provide a “wrap-around” approach of supportive services and integrated resources, including case management that addresses life, social, economic, and academic barriers. This ensures participant’s success and attainment of the highest level of education and training possible with multiple pathways for career retention, professional development, and advancement.
