Proactive Employment Solutions (PES) /Job Readiness

Our program provides tailored job-readiness training to low- and moderate-income and underserved job seekers, equipping them with in-demand skills, career coaching, and placement support to access meaningful, living-wage employment. By creating stable and scalable career pathways, we promote economic mobility, reduce workforce disparities, and strengthen long-term outcomes for individuals and their families.

Financial Empowerment and Resilience

Financial Empowerment program helps low- and moderate-income households build lasting financial stability through accessible, skill

based education.

In partnership with financial institutions, housing counselors, academic organizations, faith-based groups, workforce development centers, community nonprofits, and other organizations dedicated to individual and community economic well-being, we offer workshops and webinars on budgeting, credit building, debt management, and homeownership. We are also developing a community-focused financial literacy podcast to expand access to trusted guidance on managing money and planning for the future.

These efforts promote financial inclusion, support responsible decision-making, and strengthen long-term household and community resilience.
